As a Customer Success Manager, you are an integral part of the customer's journey and drive their onboarding, nurturing, expansion, and renewal strategies. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships with schools and districts that are using Learning Without Tears (LWT) products, materials and services to ensure their desired outcomes are achieved and they are educated on best practices, renew, and expand their recurring revenue.

Available Territories include: West and Mid-Atlantic/South

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop action oriented annual and multi-year strategic account plans and manage their successful execution and implementation.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts to ensure successful renewable business.
  • Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategic plans in order to achieve mutually beneficial long-term objectives and goals.
  • Successfully manage and demonstrate ownership of all aspects of assigned accounts.
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for renewals, sales expansion opportunities, and strategic objectives associated with portfolio of accounts.
  • Proactively collaborate with Sales team counterpart to expand revenue, improve retention, and achieve shared territory goal.
  • Research, analyze, develop, and recommend processes and procedures to improve the customer's overall experience.
  • Document client benchmarks and success stories.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of LWT's products and understand the K-12 education competitive landscape.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in education, business, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years' experience in education and/or a customer success role at a SaaS Education company; including 2+ years of successful product/solution implementation.
  • Demonstrated success building senior level relationships and managing large, complex projects.
  • Established leadership experience, excellent presentation skills, and ability to lead others to consensus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while completing quality work on a timely basis in a fast paced, goal-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly efficient manner by multitasking in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10%-25% of working time.
